Deerkill is not just a wonderful place for children. It has also been the summer home for our counselors, many of whom return year after year to the sense of community they find here. When you become a Deerkill counselor, you join a special group of people who have chosen to spend their summers teaching and laughing with our campers.
At Deerkill, each staff member plays a pivotal role in shaping our summer community and each counselor’s contributions are valued. Our doors are always open and we welcome new ideas for how we can improve our campers’ and counselors’ experience here at camp.
