Program Description

Deerkill Day Camp operates an SMS text messaging program to deliver important camp communications to enrolled families. Messages include bus and transportation notifications such as departure alerts, arrival estimates, delay updates, and route changes, as well as general camp information and occasional marketing communications.

Who Can Enroll

This program is available to parents and guardians of campers enrolled at Deerkill Day Camp who have provided a valid U.S. mobile phone number during the CampMinder online enrollment process.

Consent

By completing enrollment and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Deerkill Day Camp. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or participation in any camp program. Message and data rates may apply

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your camper's transportation schedule and camp activity. During active camp sessions, families may receive multiple messages per day related to bus status and camp operations but are limited to a maximum of seven (7) messages per day.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Deerkill Day Camp. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-enroll, reply START or contact the camp office.

Supported Carriers

Deerkill Day Camp's SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for MVNO (smaller/regional) carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Changes to These Terms

Deerkill Day Camp reserves the right to modify these SMS Messaging Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued receipt of messages following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
